Calls made for CCTV camera in Northampton 'crime hotspot' to be SWITCHED ON as police arrest 18-year-old for rape on river footpath

A CCTV camera which sits in a prominent location above the River Nene remains out of action since it was switched off by West Northamptonshire Council in 2013.
