Council and BID respond after Northampton café owner warns business may not survive

West Northamptonshire Council says it remains committed to revitalising Northampton town centre, while Northampton Town Centre BID says it continues to support local businesses, after a café owner warned her business may not survive without greater action to address the challenges facing independent traders.
