'HORRIFIED': Councillor says ward is ‘rubbish tip for Northampton’ after repeated fly-tipping

A councillor has demanded urgent action from the council including CCTV to monitor flytipping hotspots in her ward, saying the area has become "a rubbish tip for Northampton".
