Lock closures and low water levels maroons boaters

Oh dear, it sounds like a bit of a sticky situation for our local boaters! Reports are coming in that some of our Northampton canal enthusiasts have found themselves marooned thanks to recent lock closures. It's all down to a rather large fire that's caused water levels to drop, leaving many unable to continue their journeys.
