Northampton home care provider urges families to know the early signs of Alzheimer's this World Alzheimer's Month

As September marks World Alzheimer's Month and with World Alzheimer's Day falling on 21st September, Homelium Care Northampton is calling on families across Northamptonshire to familiarise themselves with the early signs of Alzheimer's and to understand that a diagnosis does not have to mean the end of life at home.
