Northampton hospital reminds drivers of 45-minute grace period and pay-on-exit rules after ticket issues

Northampton General Hospital has reminded drivers they have a 45-minute grace period when arriving at its car parks – after a woman was left facing an £80 charge following problems trying to pay.
