Northampton Reform councillor returns after 10 month absence that left party clinging to council majority - as leader says commenting on situation is not in public interest

A Reform councillor whose prolonged absence from meetings threatened to leave the party without overall control of West Northamptonshire Council has returned to a full council meeting for the first time in nearly 10 months.
