The Lowdown is a Northamptonshire charity dedicated to supporting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of children and young people aged 8 to 25. Through a range of free and confidential services, the charity provides a safe and welcoming space where young people can access support, build confidence, explore their identity and feel a sense of belonging.
