'This win belongs to the whole community': Disability campaigner welcomes Blue Badge parking U-turn

A Northamptonshire disability campaigner has said he is "relieved" after West Northamptonshire Council decided not to reintroduce parking charges for Blue Badge holders in its town centre car parks.
